Language: Letters and Sounds
Letters and sounds form the foundation of learning to read, write, and speak correctly. We teach these in a fun and interactive way, using visual, auditory, and hands-on activities.
What Your Child Will Learn
• Recognise, name, and write all 26 letters (uppercase & lowercase)
• Know the correct sound of each letter

Writing Skills
• Write simple CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words, e.g., hat, red, dog
• Form short, simple sentences, e.g., “The cat ran home.”
Mathematics: Numbers, Counting, and Shapes
Numbers, counting, and basic math concepts are introduced through hands-on learning.
What Your Child Will Learn
• Recognise, write, order, and count numbers up to 30
• Add and subtract small numbers (sums of 10 or less)
• Name and describe basic shapes: circle, square, triangle, rectangle
• Identify, sort, and classify objects by colour, size, and shape
Time and Seasons
Learners begin to understand time and seasonal changes and how these fit into daily routines.
What Your Child Will Learn
• Identify times of everyday events to the nearest hour
o Example: leaving for school at 7:00 a.m., dinner at 6:00 p.m.
• Recognise basic seasonal changes and how they affect daily life
Life Skills
Life Skills lessons focus on personal and social well-being, creative arts, and physical education, supporting holistic development.
